Frown Lines
Injection of Botulinum Toxin A into the muscle between the eyebrows works by paralysing the muscle responsible for causing frown lines.
Ptosis (eyelid drooping) is a potential complication of this treatment.
This can happen if the toxin is placed too close to the muscle responsible for elevation of eyebrow. Eyebrow ptosis is also temporary and should go back to normal as the product wears off.
